Nantong L-S Light Metal Forming Co.， Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise engaged in production of aluminum alloy castings which are used in high voltage and ultra-high voltage electrical industry. The company is a national high and new technology enterprise and was founded in June 2001. With Convenient and speedy traffic , it lies in Sijia Industrial park, Haimen City , Jiangsu Province.
The floor area is 80,000 m2 and building area is 54,000m2. The permanent assets are 120 million RMB and the electrical capacity is 7,500KVA. For casting, here are five resin sand low pressure casting workshops with 5 sets of resin sand modeling devices in the factory. In addition, here are 1 clay sand casting workshop and 2 metal mold die casting workshops. For machining, about 60 sets of machining tools among which there are CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, CNC lathe, etc. For inspection, various inspection devices from home and abroad have been used in daily produce.
The product, which is served as the important in high voltage industry, is widely applied in the transmission and substation project both at home and overseas. 50% of the products are for exporting to more than 10 oversea countries as USA, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Canada and so on. At the same time, the products are supplied for Shiky Group, Sieyuan and other 20 Chinese customers. In addition, the company has successfully developed parts in medical . These parts have come into serial production currently.
With abundant technical force, there are 410 employees, including more than 100 scientific and technological workers, among whom there are 11 professors and senior engineers, 4 associate professors and 14 engineers. Provincial engineering technical research center and Industrialization base for National Engineering Research Center of Light Alloy Net Forming have been established in the company.
From year 2002, the company has successively got ISO9001, iso14001 and OHSAS18001 certificate from TUV. In year 2013, ASME certificate was got and in 2014 got SVTI certificate.
